Integrate.io and DreamFactory are two PE-backed SaaS products under Xenon Partners. I was brought in as the primary design authority to lead a simultaneous rebrand of both — building complete design language systems from scratch.

The challenge: two products with distinct technical audiences (data integration vs API platform) that needed to feel like portfolio siblings. I owned brand governance, external agency management, and final QA across every deliverable.

Beyond the brand work, I redesigned and optimised landing pages and core web flows — lifting user engagement +30% and lead generation +20% — and created investor pitch decks translating complex SaaS infrastructure into clear executive narratives.

PE siblings with
separate identities

Both products share a portfolio colour language but carry distinct personalities through their palette balance, wordmark treatment, and typographic approach. The shared vocabulary signals PE family membership; the differences maintain individual market positioning. Both style guides are shown below.

Integrate.io's identity is built around Cyan-Blue Azure and the electric Medium Spring Green — a palette that signals technology and momentum without the heaviness of typical enterprise SaaS blues. Typography is Montserrat Bold for display, Assistant for supporting hierarchy, Helvetica for body copy.

DREAMFACTORY

DreamFactory shares the portfolio colour system but carries its own signature: the split-colour wordmark — DREAM in dark navy, FACTORY in coral — became the product's defining visual element. Immediate contrast, impossible to misread. The same palette applied with a completely different balance and personality.

Split-colour treatment

DREAM in dark navy, FACTORY in coral orange. The contrast reads as product confidence — two halves, one name, instantly recognisable.

Typography

Raleway + Roboto Condensed

Raleway Bold for display weights; Roboto Condensed for supporting hierarchy. Technical without feeling cold.

Gradients

Soft blue-to-violet

Gradient system unique to DreamFactory — absent from Integrate.io — signals the product's API-native, developer-facing positioning.
