Integrate.io is a PE-backed SaaS data integration product under Xenon Partners. I was brought in as the primary design authority to lead the rebrand — building a complete design language system from scratch.

The challenge: two products with distinct technical audiences (data integration vs API platform) that needed to feel like portfolio siblings. I owned brand governance, external agency management, and final QA across every deliverable.

Beyond the brand work, I redesigned and optimised landing pages and core web flows — lifting user engagement +30% and lead generation +20% — and created investor pitch decks translating complex SaaS infrastructure into clear executive narratives.

Data integration.
Built to convert.

Integrate.io's identity is built around a clear, conversion-focused palette — Cyan-Blue Azure paired with electric Spring Green to signal technology and momentum without the heaviness of typical enterprise SaaS blues.

Data Pipeline
Cost Calculator.

Designed a high-fidelity interactive landing page for Integrate.io's Data Pipeline Cost Calculator — a lead generation tool that lets prospects calculate the true cost of building and managing data pipelines in-house versus using Integrate.io. The page calculates build costs, yearly maintenance, and outputs an estimated ROI against Integrate.io's pricing.

The design uses the dark Integrate.io palette with Cyan-Blue Azure and Medium Spring Green accents — the tech-forward aesthetic that signals credibility to a data engineering audience while keeping the calculator UI readable and actionable.

Website wireframes
& page redesign.

Redesigned the Integrate.io marketing site from the ground up — rearchitecting information hierarchy, optimising conversion flows, and building a modular page system that the engineering team could implement without ambiguity. The wireframes below show the structural thinking before visual polish was applied.

Note: some elements were designed outside Figma's frame boundaries during the early exploration phase, so the embed may show partial layouts depending on zoom level — use the fullscreen link to explore freely.

Thought leadership
assets

Designed two gated content pieces — a benchmark study and a strategic white paper — to support the sales funnel and establish Integrate.io as a category authority. Each PDF was written, designed, and laid out to match the brand system.

Benchmark Study · 2023

Annual data integration benchmark research — market data, competitive positioning, and ROI framing designed to gate and qualify inbound leads.

White Paper · Build vs Buy

Strategic white paper positioning Integrate.io against the "build your own integration" alternative — designed to address a key sales objection at the mid-funnel stage.

From identity
to investor decks.

The full engagement scope ran from brand foundations (logo, palette, type system, component library) through to sales and investor-facing materials. The full engagement scope ran from brand foundations through to sales and investor-facing materials, with agency management as a significant part of the role — briefing, reviewing, and QAing external partners against brand standards.

Agency management was a significant part of the role — briefing, reviewing, and QAing external partners against brand standards, then bringing work in-house when speed or accuracy required it.

The investor deck work required a different register entirely: translating technical SaaS architecture into narrative slides that a PE board could read in 90 seconds without losing the substance.
